Visual Identity — 2024 — School Project

The scout center “Kulsø” located in Southern Denmark offers scouts and other visiters unique nature and fun activities on land and on the neighbouring lake — but their visual identity did not reflect the quality of the area or their services. 

I designed a new logo and visual identity that has it’s roots in the existing logo, but gives a more current and familiar feel to their identity. The logo reflects the nature and social elements of the scout center, while the typography hints at the wood carving technique that is named after the location. The colours evoke the intimate feeling of sitting around the campfire at night, while also relating to the parent organization of Det Danske Spejderkorps.
